• There are two types of ebooks: online and downloadable. Online ebooks are accessed using a browser that is compliant with the publisher or bookstore's book. Downloadable ebooks require free downloadable software to read.

Can I use the ebook when I am not connected to the internet?
• Online ebooks are not avaliable when you are not connected to the internet. Downloadable versions are available when you are not connected to the internet.

Can I access the ebook on more than one computer?
• Downloadable ebooks typically only allow access to the ebook from one computer. Online ebooks allow single user access from any internet connected computer. Check the bookstore's policy to verify.

Do I have to install software to read the ebooks?

Can I copy and paste from the ebooks?

Can I get a refund after purchasing an etextbook?

How long can I access the ebook?
• Access depends on the bookstore's policies. Some etextbooks are limited to 180 day access, while others can be accessed for life.
