Price paid was indeed good but website says they pay 4 days from receipt and inspection. That's not accurate. They took 8 days to pay and only after repeated emails. Website doesn't update after you ship. So you don't know books status. There's no contact phone number. You can only leave email and wait 2-3 days for response. Site said "print your shipping label" from time I entered sale agreement until the day they pay, then site message switched to say book received on the same exact day they paid, as if to imply they paid promptly. Advice; keep your tracking receipt and take pictures of your book, the shipping label, and the box you're shipping in.
