Payments are issued in three ways: Chegg Credit, check or PayPal. Checks take 15 business days to be received. PayPal payments show up within 3 days. Chegg Credit is applied directly to the user's account.
How to Send Your Book

A prepaid UPS label will be provided. Books must be postmarked at UPS within 7 days from the quote date. If this date is missed create a new quote and resubmit the order.
Condition Restrictions

Books will not be accepted in the following conditions: Broken spines or binding; Missing, torn, or loose pages; Excessive writing, marking, or highlighting; Stains or water damage; Burns or rips; Any other significant damage; Binder, teacher, and international editions.
