Buyback processing usually takes 3-5 weeks from the date books are checked in.

Be sure a printed copy of the Buyback Confirmation has been included. Attach the completed Buyback mailing label to the package, then mail it. Books must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of submission of the Buyback Order to guarantee the quoted buyback price. If books are not sent to eCampus within 7 days, the Buyback Order will automatically expire and a new order will need to be submitted.

Books cannot be accepted if they have the following: Excessive writing, marking or highlighting; Stains or water damage; Missing, torn or loose pages; Detached or broken spine. Also, teacher editions, instructor editions, international editions, and other like editions will not be accepted.
